Present original research through a scientific paper and a poster defended in front of industry judges.
Description
The Paper and Poster Competition runs in three stages: abstract selection, full paper submission, and presentation deck with poster. The preliminary and semifinal stages are online, while the final is held offline at Prof. Siwabessy Building, Universitas Indonesia, with only 10 teams advancing.
This competition carries the theme "Elevating the Future of Oil and Gas Industry through Innovation, Sustainable Technology, and Strategic Integration" and is open to university students (teams of up to 3) across Indonesia, with IDR 6.000.000 total prize pool on the line. Registration fee: Early bird IDR 150.000 per team (1 - 6 September 2026), normal registration IDR 175.000 per team, plus IDR 400.000 per team for teams qualifying to the final.

Rules and requirements
- Open to active undergraduate or diploma students, verified with a valid Student ID Card; each team has up to 3 students from the same institution with one appointed leader.
- Each participant may join only one team and each team may submit only one paper.
- All materials, from abstract to presentation, must be written and presented in English.
- The abstract is 250-300 words in a single paragraph; the full paper is a minimum of 1,000 words and a maximum of 15 pages including figures and tables.
- The abstract deadline is October 6, 2026 and the full paper deadline is October 27, 2026, both at 23:59 WIB.
- The poster is A3 portrait, JPEG/JPG, minimum 300 dpi RGB, and the presentation deck in .ppt/.pptx is due November 10, 2026 at 23:59 WIB.
- Work must be original, unpublished, free from plagiarism, and must not be largely AI generated; late submissions are penalised.
