AAPG Universitas Indonesia Student Chapter (AAPG UI SC) is a student organization under the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) that focuses on developing knowledge and interest in geoscience, particularly in the oil and gas industry. AAPG UI SC actively facilitates academic growth, professional development, and networking opportunities through various programs, events, and collaborations. One of its flagship initiatives is the Geoscience Exploration Competition UI (GECo UI), an annual national-scale event organized by AAPG UI SC that brings together students from across Indonesia to enhance their skills and insights in geoscience.
